We are the Starners; Kevin, Ashley, Kaden & Quinn. We are creating this blog to chronicle and share our adventures as we enter into the nomadic life of travel nursing. Hence the name of the blog, The Traveling StarNurse (Starners). Clever, right? You can learn more about each of us by clicking on the Bios link on the main menu.

Our hope with this blog is to have a record to look back on a the end of our time of traveling and also to share our experiences with our friends and loved-ones and anyone else who may be interested in travel nursing.

With Kevin already acting as a stay-at-home dad, and our kids at a young, unattached age and home schooling, we decided that this would be the perfect time in our lives to break out of the mundane and travel the country as a family. We have so many goals that we hope to accomplish in this time and we look forward to sharing this experience with anyone interested. We hope that you enjoy it.
